For all lace and color services, besides closures, you will need to drop off lace and/or hair 3 of my working days before the appointment. Please keep in mind my working days are Wednesday through Saturday. (Ex: If your appointment is on a Wednesday then you’ll need to drop off that Friday before because my working days are Wednesday- Saturday). For MAINTENANCE SERVICES: If your sew in was installed longer than 4 weeks, I will not maintenance your sew in. Please make sure deposit payments go through if the payment does not go through I will cancel the appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charged a $15 late fee, after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled. If your appointment does become canceled, you are able to reschedule but another deposit will be required. Appointments can only be made 30 days in advance. A wash and blow dry comes with your service, but if you do decide to wash your hair before your appointment, please make sure that your hair is clean. I do not accept credit card payments, if you are a first-time client. Please— no food in the salon. However, I do supply complimentary drinks. No extra guest or children, and there will be NO exceptions. If you bring your children you will be asked to reschedule with another deposit. For lace services, I do not put a guarantee on how long your hair will last. I expect everyone to be respectful in the salon to other clients, as well as other stylist. If you’re not respectful you will be asked to leave and will not be able to reschedule again. All deposits are non refundable. Thanks so much for choosing me for your hair care and beauty needs. Cancellation Policy

‘It will be a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment ‘
